Rebecca Treon is a Denver-based freelance food and travel writer whose work has appeared in Travel + Leisure, Hemispheres, Huff Post, Chron, and dozens of other publications. She is also the author of the forthcoming guidebook, Colorado Food Trails, to be published in 2023 by the University of New Mexico Press.
