Selecting cells, rows, columns, etc.
When navigating through cells, rows, and columns the Excel shortcut keys are the same, no matter what operating system you use. Just press Shift + arrow keys to select a single cell or a range of cells. For columns, click on a cell in the column you want to select and then press CTRL + spacebar.
